Standards and assurance
ISO 9001 certification keeps our service consistent

Quality you can rely on, every time
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS). It requires us to define how our services are delivered, measure how well they perform, act on client feedback and fix the root cause when something goes wrong. For a Managed Detection and Response provider, quality isn’t just about customer satisfaction. It means every alert is handled to the same standard, every change is controlled and every lesson is fed back into the service.
"Consistency is everything in cyber security. ISO 9001 holds us to clear, measurable processes, so our clients get the same high standard of service from every analyst, on every shift.”
- Andy Kays, CEO, Socura
How ISO 9001 shapes our service
- Customer focus: We agree clear service requirements with each client, track how we perform against them and use regular service reviews and feedback to improve.
- Defined processes: How we onboard clients, handle alerts and escalate incidents is documented, so the service doesn’t depend on any one person.
- Controlled change: Changes to client services follow a formal change management process, with each request tracked and risk-assessed before it goes ahead.
- Evidence-based decisions: We measure service performance and use that data, not assumptions, to decide where to improve.
- Continual improvement: Internal audits, management reviews and root-cause analysis keep the service improving year after year.
Independent assurance for your supplier due diligence
Our certification is audited by an independent certification body, with surveillance audits each year and full recertification every three years. Together with our ISO 27001 certification, it shows we manage both the quality and the security of our service to recognised international standards.
