Earlier this year, Socura was named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture. Following this recognition, we’re now delighted to have also been included in two additional lists celebrating excellence in areas of employee experience: the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing and the Best Workplaces for Development.
The UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2026 list features companies that focus on employees’ holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, job satisfaction, and financial security.
The UK's Best Workplaces for Development 2026 list features companies that make employee development a key part of company culture. This includes workplaces that offer employees the chance to better themselves, learn new skills, and advance their careers.
Socura's inclusion in both of these lists follows our certification by Great Place to Work, which was achieved after an independent survey of our workforce. In it, 97% of our team said that Socura is a great place to work—43 percentage points higher than a typical UK company.

Highlights of the GPTW survey include:
- 100% of our team agree that people at Socura care about each other
- 97% believe everyone has an opportunity to gain special recognition
- 100% say they are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation, race, gender, or age
Commenting on Socura’s position on the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2026 list, Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work UK, said:
"Creating a culture of wellbeing requires deliberate leadership, strong values and consistent action that puts people first. The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List recognises organisations that take a genuinely holistic approach to supporting their people, across mental, physical and financial health, as well as fostering a strong sense of belonging.
To be recognised on this list is a clear signal that wellbeing is not treated as a peripheral initiative, but as a fundamental part of organisational culture. Congratulations to Socura on this achievement and for setting a leading example for workplaces across the UK."
